Shoot the GROOM - Paintball Style

Richard decided to get a group of friends together to play paintball, and of course we decided on a theme... Shoot the Groom! Best idea ever - least I thought so! lol. One nice HOT day we decided to go down to Paintball Charleston and throw some paint around... and of course, I documented it! You might find a few shots of me playing as well!

During my adventures of being engaged.. I won a free pampering session with Mary Kay! At first I was a little skeptical because I've always been allergic to Mary Kay, but the lady who called be (Abby) told me they changed the formula! So I thought id give it a try!

I took Dixie & Christie with me! We all had fun. We had a microdermabrasion facial with some satin hands and satin lip treatment!! We got to play a little bit with the foundation, which I really like. To my surprise I did not break out!

I was very interested in the opportunity and starting up with Mary Kay! Ive been looking for another job anyways to make some extra cash, but I did not want to go work in the mall or a restaurant. Aint no one got time for that! lol.

After talking to Abby and some consideration - I decided to join the Mary Kay world! Lets see what I get myself into :)

Engagement Shoot

We had our engagement photos taken down town Charleston, SC! I wasn't thrilled with them at first but they have grown on me. Here are a few of my favorites :)

I SAID YES!!!!!

OMG!!! How do I start this!! So yesterday at the Bridal Show, Richard decided to go with us because he had the day off! I thought It was kinda of weird, but I got to spend time with him since I would be busy all day!

He managed the money booth as the rest of us worked the crowd! It was a busy day and we had a lot of fun!! At the end of the day I usually walk around the booths and scope things out and see what kind of cake is always left over! lol you know me and cake or even CUPCAKES!!

well everywhere we go, me and Richard always have to take pictures in photobooths so we decided to get in one at the show. Im shuffling through all the props trying to find one that didn't say "bride" or "groom" and came across one that said "happily ever after." I said perfect! So we get in the photo booth and im watching the screen so I know when to pay attention lol, Richard - im not sure what hes doing.. he was in his own little world! Well as it the count down starts - Richard says can you do me a favor? I looked at him and said what? As the camera goes off - my mouth is open because hes holding a ring and says MARRY ME!! My reaction was what? wait? are you serious? is this real? lol! Totally caught me off guard!

Trip HOME

Its been 3 almost 4 years since the last time I have been "home" to see family! My grandparents aren't doing well, and they haven't it a while. It was time for me to make a trip home to see them as well as everyone else. Since this was a quick tripped that wasn't planned to well, we weren't able to see everyone. I need see my grandparents - which is what this trip was intended for...

We wanted to give Grandma & Grandpa some time to relax and wear off some of the energy Hunter had. When we got to the play ground... I think we had more energy then Hunter had. LOL. It was a good time playing on the play ground. I have a crazy family.. and I LOVE THEM ALL :)

We weren't able to see everyone while we were in town, but the morning we left we were able to meet up with Liane, and the kids for Breakfast. Here is a cute picture of Lincoln, Hunter & Parker (left to right) saying their good byes!! TOO CUTE!!!

Baseball Night

If  anyone knows me, they know Im defiantly a BASEBALL GIRL

I received free tickets to the Charleston River Dogs Game for Aquarium Night. I took Rich bc I knew we would have fun together as we always do. Plus Id never been to a game!

We didn't pay too much to the game as you can tell - we were too busy taking pictures of our selves.I noticed the major league sister team to the Rivers Dog is the YANKEES.. Which is my FAVORITE team, so of course I had to sneak in a picture of the baseball players. ;)

July 4th Fun

For July 4th I went out on the boat with some girls from work. We had a blast playing in the sun all day.. then Sullivans Island to watch the Fireworks VIP style bc Rich was setting them off... Good Day <3

29 & Holding

So this year for my Birthday I kept it pretty mild, well compared to the last few years! Still had fun.. no doubt!! I enjoyed it with some of my closest friends. We started with Sushi and Sake at Saki Tumi for Dinner.. then made are way over to Tin Roof and Big Ugly. Heres a few pictures from the night <3
